WRITER/DIRECTOR ‐ RICHARD J FRANKLANDWRITER/DIRECTOR ‐ RICHARD J FRANKLAND
A long time writer, performer, and activist, from the Gunditjmara nation, Richard first became involved in film production when he co‐wrote and featured in the award‐ winning documentary Who Killed Malcolm Smith. This film focused on a case from Richard's days with the Royal Commission Into Aboriginal Deaths In Custody. He was to retrace his life as a Field Officer with the Commission when he wrote and directed the short film No Way To Forget that screened at the Cannes International Film Festival in the category of Un Certain Regard. It also won an AFI Award for Best Short Film in 1996.

Richard more recently directed the Disney children's series Double Trouble in Alice Springs, and prior to this he directed several episodes of Southern Star's award‐winning television series Blue Heelers. Richard was also the executive producer on the television documentary After Mabo (1997) and wrote and directed the award‐winning short drama Harry's War (1999). He currently performs with his band The Charcoal Club, and has recently published his first book, The Diary of Digger J Jones.

PRODUCER ‐ ROSS HUTCHENS
Ross currently heads up production and development for Media World Pictures' live action drama slate. His recent credits include a second series of the critically acclaimed The Circuit, a drama he created and produced for SBS Television; the Logie nominated animated children's series Dogstar, the documentary feature Anthem with Emmy‐Award winning director Tahir Cambis. Prior to joining Media World to line produce the animated sitcom series John Callahan's QUADS!, Ross worked as an independent filmmaker between stints as a funding manager at ScreenWest, and a project consultant at the Film & Television Institute.

PRODUCER ‐ COLIN SOUTH
Media World co‐founder Colin South has producer credits across the company's entire diverse range of film and television productions. A specialist in the area of animation, Colin has produced more than 120 half hours of series animation through the company's animation arm, Animation Works. An award‐winning filmmaker, Colin oversees the company's international presales and distribution and is the co‐creator and supervising producer on the Logie nominated children's animated series, Dogstar, which has recently commenced production with a second series. Colin's most recent producer credit is for the second series of the award winning drama series, The Circuit.
